5.1 Service Providers
We use third-party providers for:
Website hosting and content delivery
Payment processing
Email delivery and CRM tools
Analytics and logging
Community platforms or project tools
These providers are given only the data necessary to perform their functions and are expected to protect it.
5.2 Third-Party AI and Processing Services
Our bespoke systems and workflows may leverage specialized third-party artificial intelligence platforms/ tools (such as GPU cloud providers or generative image services) to deliver high-quality results in some cases.
A. Data Processing: To generate visuals, we may transmit necessary inputs (such as text prompts, reference shapes or images) to these providers. We limit the transmission of sensitive or identifiable client data (like high-res product labels) to these third parties whenever technically feasible.
B. Provider Terms: Your use of our Services implies acceptance that data processing is subject to the privacy policies and terms of these third-party providers. We select providers that aim to protect user confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee the data retention or training policies of every third-party tool.
C. Your Option to Bring-Your-Own-Key: For clients with strict compliance requirements, many of our systems allow you to connect your own API keys (e.g. Freepik, Google AI, etc.). In this case, data processing is governed entirely by your direct agreement with that provider.
However, this approach will be reflected in separate pricing and Terms of Service. We advise discussing data residency and compliance needs during the scoping phase.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others.
6. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for:
Providing and improving the Services
Maintaining business and financial records
Meeting legal or regulatory requirements
Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where feasible. For Bespoke Projects, we generally archive your project assets (PSDs, plugins, source images) for a period of [2-5 years] to facilitate future updates or recovery, unless you explicitly request immediate deletion upon project completion.
7. International Data Transfers
We operate from Egypt, but may use service providers or infrastructure in other countries.
By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred across borders and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. We aim to work with reputable providers and take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
